Partner Marketing Manager
The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for building and scaling Kiteworks’ joint marketing strategy with some of the company’s most strategic technology and Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners, including ServiceNow, AWS, Salesforce, Anthropic, Accenture, Deloitte, Leidos, and Booz Allen. Reporting into the Marketing organization and partnering closely with the Strategic Partnerships team, this role serves as the marketing lead behind Kiteworks’ partnership-driven growth strategy. This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role that combines partner marketing, demand generation, executive engagement, event strategy, and AI/cybersecurity storytelling.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute joint marketing plans with strategic technology and GSI partners, including campaign strategy, target audiences, growth goals, and partner engagement initiatives
- Lead the creation of co-branded marketing assets including solution briefs, case studies, webinars, presentations, launch materials, blogs, and customer-facing collateral — leveraging AI tools to dramatically accelerate production quality and speed
- Partner closely with Demand Generation, Events, Brand, Product Marketing, Communications, and Field Marketing teams to execute integrated partner campaigns and tier-1 industry event programs
- Drive Kiteworks’ presence at major partner and cybersecurity events such as RSA, AWS re:Invent, Salesforce Dreamforce, ServiceNow Knowledge, Black Hat, and other flagship conferences
- Create and execute partner-focused demand generation initiatives including webinars, ABM campaigns, nurture programs, and partner-influenced pipeline campaigns
- Support executive engagement initiatives including advisory boards, executive briefings, partner summits, dinners, and strategic relationship-building programs
- Create partner enablement content including battlecards, solution decks, integration overviews, and go-to-market playbooks for internal field teams — articulating clearly how Kiteworks integrates with partner platforms and what that integration delivers in terms of measurable business value and differentiation
- Develop and maintain deep fluency in how Kiteworks integrates with partner technologies (e.g., ServiceNow workflows, AWS infrastructure, Salesforce data flows, Anthropic AI models), translating technical integration details into compelling joint value propositions for both technical and business audiences
- Track and analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, engagement metrics, and ROI across partner marketing programs
- Manage partner marketing budgets, event investments, timelines, approvals, and reporting across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Ensure all data used in campaigns is collected and processed in compliance with GDPR, with appropriate consent and secure storage practices.
What you’ll bring
- 5–8 years of experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing within enterprise software, cybersecurity, AI, or data protection industries
- Innate, hands-on proficiency with AI tools — including Claude (and Claude Code), ChatGPT, Replit, and emerging AI platforms — applied routinely across research, content creation, campaign development, competitive analysis, reporting, and day-to-day workflow automation.
- Keen technical acumen for partner integrations such as the ability to understand, at a meaningful depth, how Kiteworks integrates with partner platforms — and to translate those integrations into clear, differentiated value propositions that resonate with both technical buyers and business decision-makers
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, AI, data governance, and compliance trends, including how AI intersects with regulated industries and enterprise security requirements
- Proven success executing co-branded campaigns, partner events, and demand generation programs that drive measurable business impact
- Experience supporting or executing marketing programs tied to strategic partnerships and executive-level relationship management
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, and executive leadership teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and partner management systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and emerging technologies
