About the role
The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving partner marketing initiatives to support the growth and success of the fintech platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to align on marketing goals and tactics
- Manage partner relationships to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and deliverables
- Measure and report on campaign performance to inform future strategy and optimize ROI
- Create and maintain compelling marketing materials for partners, including case studies, whitepapers, and webinars
Requirements
- 4+ years of partner, lifecycle, or growth marketing experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B
- Experience managing and growing partnerships with strategic partners
- Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Proven track record of driving partner marketing initiatives and achieving business objectives
- Experience working with fintech, SaaS, or B2B companies
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite
