About the role

The role of a Partner Marketing Manager at Canonical is to develop strategic relationships with a set of global partners. Canonical partners with leading companies in technology including public cloud providers, silicon manufacturers, and hardware vendors. The role involves driving successful marketing activities with partners, shaping partner programs, and amplifying Canonical's innovations through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver joint go-to-market plans with partners, covering messaging and pipeline generation.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns, product launches, webinar series, and industry announcements in collaboration with partners.
  • Packaging all of Canonical’s product offerings and educational materials creatively.
  • Grow Canonical’s partner ecosystem by delivering partner value.
  • Develop and scale Canonical’s partner activities to enhance partner programs.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B marketing and experience working with strategic corporate partners.
  • Strong customer/partner relationship management skills.
  • Proven analytical skills to assess opportunities and make decisions on ROI/advantages of programs & investments.
  • Willingness to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or silicon is a plus.
  • Track record of delivering strong results and innovation.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced, and changing environment.

Pay

Compensation is determined based on location, experience, and performance, reviewed annually (and more often for graduates and associates).

Schedule

The role is remote within the Americas region.
