About the role
To independently establish and maintain sustainable relationships with our construction partners.
Responsibilities
- Personal support, development and scaling of our construction partners through regular communication
- Contract and commercial management of partners in close collaboration with purchasing and the rollout department
- Conduct regular performance reviews across the entire project portfolio with regarding construction performance, time, quality and costs together with the operating units
- Derivation of recommendations for measures as well as agreement and follow-up of measures to ensure success in case of deviations
- Development of strategies and problem solutions to align Vectrical and partners interests
Qualifications
- Completed studies with a commercial/technical focus or comparable degree
- Several years of experience dealing with service providers or preferably construction partners across the board the life cycle: from onboarding to performance management to service acceptance
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, preferably in the FTTX environment is desirable
- Pragmatism with strong problem solving skills
- Very good communication skills, confident demeanor and negotiation confidence
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German and very good knowledge of English; other foreign languages are an advantage
