Partner Manager
Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new installation partners across existing markets and expansion regions
- Evaluate and vet partners to ensure compliance with licensing, insurance, and certifications
- Build and maintain a high-performing, scalable partner network
- Lead onboarding and training on Qcells systems, tools, and processes
- Provide ongoing training and support to drive efficiency and alignment
- Continuously refine processes to improve partner productivity
- Conduct regular QBRs and KPI reviews with partners
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
- Ensure adherence to operational standards and industry best practices
- Serve as the primary contact for partner escalations and disputes
- Manage and resolve payment-related issues
- Build strong, long-term partner relationships
- Maintain accurate partner records to ensure compliance and audit readiness
- Support new product rollouts and stakeholder communication
- Drive continuous improvement across partner management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–5+ years of experience with 2–4+ years in residential solar operations or partner management
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and manage relationships
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights and strategy
- Process-driven mindset with focus on scalable solutions

Pay
The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide.
