Partner Manager
About the role
Clearlink is looking for a Partner Manager to join our Partner Management organization. This team manages and grows Clearlink’s relationships with leading ISPs, home security providers, and satellite service companies, powering performance marketing experiences that connect consumers with the right home services at the right moment.
This is a relationship-first, results-driven role. You’ll own a portfolio of active provider partnerships, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for your accounts while proactively identifying and executing opportunities to grow revenue and performance. You will work cross-functionally with internal marketing, analytics, and operations teams to ensure partners are set up for success and consistently hitting both internal and external goals.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable balancing relationship management with data-driven decision making — someone who can build strong partner trust while digging into performance metrics to surface the right opportunities at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of ISP, home security, and/or satellite provider partnerships, managing day-to-day communication and long-term partner retention and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner contacts at mid and senior levels, acting as a trusted resource and advocate within and for Clearlink.
- Participate in regular business reviews and performance recaps, preparing data-driven summaries and presenting findings to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Performance Management & Revenue Growth
- Monitor partner KPIs including sales volume, conversion rates, revenue, and margins; proactively flag trends and lead coordination across both marketing and sales teams to course-correct or capitalize on opportunities.
- Identify and execute initiatives to grow revenue from existing partner relationships, including optimizing compensation structures, pursuing incremental incentives, and promoting higher-value product tiers.
- Collaborate with analytics and finance teams to build models and forecasts for internal and external planning and decision making.
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee the marketing and digital “buyflow” for assigned partners — ensuring accurate placements, correct API integrations, and compliance with partner brand and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams to manage the administrative lifecycle of partnerships, including contract amendments, commission reconciliation, and invoicing.
- Help onboard new partners and ensure smooth integration, partnering closely with technical, sales, and marketing teams.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business operations, ideally within telecom, home services, internet service providers, or a related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Looker, or similar BI platforms); comfortable building performance summaries and identifying trends in data.
- Familiarity with performance-based compensation models such as CPA, CPL, or CPC and an understanding of the inputs that skew revenue on each model.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven narratives clearly to partner contacts and internal leadership.
- Strong project management instincts — able to manage multiple partners and internal workstreams simultaneously without dropping details.
- A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset: you don’t wait to be told what to do, you identify what needs to happen and engage the necessary resources to get it done.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience working with large-scale ISPs, mobility carriers, or home services.
- Experience in performance marketing and sales on a CPA or CPL model.
- Working familiarity with APIs, digital integrations, and how data flows between marketing platforms and partner systems.
Benefits
- Healthcare: Low-cost, competitive health coverage (domestic partners included) with employer-paid counseling services.
- Invest in the Future: 401(k) matching after just two months of employment, with employer matching starting at ~3%.
- Lifestyle Spending Stipends: Employer-paid spending account for physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing expenses.
- Flexible Time Off: Competitive time-off balances that accrue weekly, just like your paycheck. (Paid weekly.)
- Parental Leave: 2 weeks of paid parental leave during the first year and up to 9 weeks after one year of employment.
- Generous Paid Holidays: Celebrate cultural diversity with additional flex holidays in addition to company-paid holidays.
- Flex Schedule: Hybrid role with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Wednesdays as a flex day, and remaining workdays remote.
- Comprehensive Life Insurance: Employer-paid life insurance including coverage for dependents and spouses.
- Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Foster connections, celebrate diversity, and provide a supportive community for all.
