About the role
The Partner Manager will build and scale revenue-generating partnerships with systems integrators (SIs), ensuring Lyzr becomes the default agentic AI platform inside large enterprise transformation programs. This role focuses on converting relationships into real pipeline and closed revenue, not just signing agreements.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end relationships with SI partners across leadership, practice, and delivery teams
- Drive sell-into motions: internal adoption, enablement, and platform alignment within partner firms
- Lead sell-with and sell-through motions for joint enterprise customers
- Run joint GTM execution: account planning, priority pursuits, and pipeline reviews
- Act as the single bridge between SI partners and Lyzr's leadership, product, and delivery teams
- Carry revenue for partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals
Requirements
- Established, active connections within the SI ecosystem — this is the single most important requirement for the role
- 8+ years in partner, alliances, or consulting-led sales roles
- Track record of personally selling with or through systems integrators — not just signing agreements
- Comfortable operating at MD / Sr. SMD / Global Alliance Leader level, with strong executive presence
- Commercially sharp — you know how partnerships convert into real enterprise deals
- Based in or willing to relocate to New Jersey
Qualifications
- Nice to have existing relationships with GTM leaders who sell into SIs
- Experience navigating enterprise deal orchestration involving multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building motion where playbooks don't yet exist

- Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in enterprise-level sales and partnership management
