About The Team
This is a unique opportunity to join the Retail Partnerships team, the driver behind one of Angi's highest growth revenue opportunity streams. Our team has a proven track record of building and managing successful integrations with industry leaders like Walmart, Lowe’s, Wayfair, and many others. We are now at a pivotal inflection point as we transition our Shopify business line from a successful pilot into a dedicated scaling phase. We are looking for a results-oriented contributor to drive our next phase of expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary driver of growth for the end-to-end Shopify merchant lifecycle
- Navigate partners from initial outreach through technical implementation and account optimization
- Lead the execution of automated outreach strategies to drive merchant acquisition at scale
- Manage the end-to-end communication flow, from initial cold touch to scheduled discovery calls and closing communications
- Guide new merchants through the operational setup, delivering data-driven pricing strategies that highlight Angi’s value proposition while ensuring a seamless technical onboarding experience for the merchant
- Implement a 90-day optimization plan designed to deliver a best-in-class onboarding and ramping experience
- Audit partner performance data to catch and resolve issues before they scale
- Act as the rapid-response lead for any sudden revenue-impacting events, conducting deep-dive diagnostics and coordinating with internal teams to implement timely solutions
- Identify gaps in our current processes and iterate on the 'Day-to-Day Playbook' to drive efficiency
Who You Are
- 2–3+ years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or a quota-carrying sales role
- Scrubby and resourceful — you figure things out, ask for help when you need it, and don't wait to be told what to do
- Data-driven — you use performance data to identify trends, flag risks early, and make the case for what's working and what isn't
- Experience in tech, SaaS, a marketplace, or another fast-moving, high-growth environment — you know what it's like to operate without a fully built playbook
- Managing your sales through integration and success — identifying optimizations and working with your clients to grow their accounts
- Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or e-commerce landscape is a plus; you don't need to be an expert, but you can get up to speed fast
