Partner - Labor & Employment Litigation

About the role

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking an experienced attorney partner with a background in Labor & Employment Litigation to join its Chicago, IL office. The firm is a civil defense practice with 400 attorneys in 26 offices nationwide, representing clients across labor & employment, wage & hour, ERISA & employee benefits, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, consumer financial services, professional liability, products liability & tort, sports law & NIL, cybersecurity, and more. The role offers the opportunity to lead complex cases in a collaborative environment while contributing to the growth and development of the firm's practice. A portable book of business is not required, but welcomed.

Requirements

• Minimum ten years of experience handling labor & employment matters.
• Experience with wage & hour class actions.
• Experience with single plaintiff litigation.
• Experience with preventative counseling.

Qualifications

• Experienced attorney partner with a background in Labor & Employment Litigation.
• Portable book of business welcomed but not required.

Pay

Salary Range: $185,000 to $235,000
