About Us

Revyse helps multifamily operators discover the best vendor partners, manage contracts and compliance, and reduce financial risk. Our platform turns vendor data into a strategic advantage—and our newest compliance product is changing how property management companies onboard, verify, and support vendors. We’re a fast-moving post-acquisition startup with a big vision: overhaul how operators and suppliers work together. Founded by industry experts and backed by leading multifamily investors, Revyse is growing quickly—and we’re looking for someone who loves building order from the chaos of growth.

About the Role

Our vendor credentialing product depends on external systems—business screening, tax information, insurance verification, payments, and document processing. The quality of those connections determines whether a vendor gets verified in two days or three weeks. This role drives the health of those connections: the commercial relationship, technical requirements, data quality, escalation path, and the handshake between what a partner’s API can do and what our product promises. It is a narrow, high-leverage role.

Why This Role Exists

Today, when a partner integration behaves unexpectedly or changes their API, we want to catch it upstream. When we need a new capability, requirements are assembled in the moment. This is a builder’s role: you’ll create processes, document systems, and establish the operational backbone that determines how we scale. If you prefer following playbooks over writing them, this role probably isn’t for you.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationships
    • Own the day-to-day relationship with every third-party service the credentialing product depends on: business screening, tax information, insurance verification, payments, and document processing.
    • Hold partners to their SLAs. Track turnaround time, data quality, error rates, and cost per transaction. Escalate with evidence, not anecdote.
    • Read and understand the agreements. Know what we are entitled to, what we are paying for, and where we are not getting what we bought.
    • Run evaluations when considering replacing or adding a partner.
  • Integration Requirements
    • Translate compliance requirements into integration requirements: what data we need, in what shape, at what point in the workflow, and what should happen when it fails.
    • Write the specs. Work directly with Product and Engineering to get them built, then validate the result against what the partner actually returns.
    • Test integrations yourself. Know the API surface well enough to reproduce a problem before routing it.
    • Own the change pipeline. When a partner ships a change, you know before it breaks a workflow.
  • Payment Operations
    • Own the payment operations behind the platform: fees, collection, retries, failure handling, and reconciliation.
    • Monitor and improve payment success rates. Diagnose failures at the integration level, not just the ticket level.
  • Workflow & Systems Design
    • Own the design of the operational workflows behind enrollment, verification, renewals, and rechecks—the systems, not the staffing. A separate support team runs day-to-day execution; you build what they run on.
    • Document the process knowledge that currently lives in people’s heads.
    • Use throughput, turnaround, and exception data to find where workflows break—then fix the cause, not the symptom.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in partner operations, integration management, technical program management, business systems, or solutions and implementation—somewhere you sat between a product team and third-party API providers.
  • You read API documentation without needing a translator. You can write a clear integration requirement and validate the result.
  • Experience owning a partner or vendor relationship commercially: SLAs, escalations, contract terms, renewal conversations.
  • Working familiarity with payment systems (Stripe or comparable) and document processing (OCR or AI extraction).
  • Strong analytical work. You diagnose with data and quantify what you find. SQL is a plus.
  • You escalate early and clearly. When something is broken, you say so with evidence and bring a proposed fix.
  • Bonus: Exposure to commercial insurance and certificates of insurance, background screening, or other compliance-heavy operations.

How This Role Works at Revyse

  • Small company, high visibility, no layers to hide behind—and none to hide you. No direct reports today. Your leverage comes from the systems you build, not the people you manage.
  • Clarity and credibility are the tools here, not the org chart.
  • We are post-acquisition and still forming. Some things are documented; many are not. If you need a defined playbook to be effective, this role might frustrate you.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the growth and success of a fast-growing startup, with career advancement as we scale.
  • Collaborative remote work environment with a passionate and talented team. We love working hard on interesting projects.
  • You’ll sit at the crossroads of vendors and housing providers, bringing the industry together and amplifying meaningful work.
  • We value well-being at work and care about each other as individuals, not just colleagues.
  • We believe 100% of the organization should understand and be accountable to the vision and strategy. If we all know where we’re going, it’s easier to row the boat in unison.
