Partner Integration Manager
About the role
The Partner Integration Manager is an integral part of Latham & Watkins' Partner Recruiting & Integration team. This role oversees the integration of a portfolio of lateral and internally promoted partners, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful integration.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to each partner in the portfolio to foster their success at the firm, including connecting them with resources and services.
- Collaborate with the Partner Recruiting team to integrate recruitment with integration considerations, and develop an integration strategy based on recruitment data.
- Understand incoming partners' objectives, priorities, practice, industry focus, client base, and develop a tailored integration plan focusing on firm's platform and culture.
- Ensure the integration strategy remains on track and identify new opportunities for integration.
- Protect and maintain sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the firm's practices and global platform.
- Show ability to develop extensive knowledge of the firm's personnel, procedures, policies, and processes.
- Possess superior interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and trust with lawyers and staff at all organizational levels.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferably a JD or equivalent.
- A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in legal or other professional services environment.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a supervisory role.
