Partner Implementation Specialist (Health Tech)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between Adoreal and the clinic during onboarding
  • Facilitate data migration from the clinic's existing systems in collaboration with technical teams
  • Organize and structure clinic data to align with Adoreal's analytics framework and standards
  • Support the implementation and configuration of Adoreal's EMR and CRM systems
  • Manage project timelines and track key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Cook up and deliver onboarding documentation, training guides, and resource materials
  • Maintain post-go-live adoption and address ongoing support needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination
  • Hands-on experience implementing and supporting EMR systems and CRM platforms in an ambulatory or outpatient clinical setting
  • Demonstrated success independently managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects
  • Deep familiarity with ambulatory healthcare workflows, including patient intake, documentation, payment processing/billing, scheduling, and HIPAA compliance
  • Experience training clinical and administrative staff in outpatient/ambulatory environments, including independently building your own training materials, guides, or documentation from scratch
  • Ensures implementations align with legal and regulatory requirements, especially around data handling and access control

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination
  • Hands-on experience with EMR systems and CRM platforms in a healthcare or clinical setting
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects
  • Technical fluency with EMR/CRM systems, data migration, and digital workflow tools
  • Ability to clearly communicate and guide clinic stakeholders through new system adoption
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
