Partner Field Trainer

Location: Remote, US (50–75% travel required)

You’ll be the person who makes sure every Quilt Certified Partner can sell, install and service our system with confidence, and you’ll see your work pay off every time a crew nails an install on the first visit. You’ll also have a direct line back to our product and training teams, so what you see in the field actually shapes what we build next.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Training: Lead sales and technical training sessions covering Quilt product knowledge, system design, installation best practices, commissioning, troubleshooting, and the Quilt selling experience, for both new partner onboarding and ongoing education.
• Train in the Field: Travel to partner locations, regional training events, and trade shows to deliver hands-on training and conduct ride-alongs with installation crews (average travel: 50–75%).
• Run Virtual Sessions: Host webinars and remote training sessions for partners between in-person visits.
• Support Certification: Guide partners through Quilt’s certification process and track their progress and completions in our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Support Partners After Training: Answer partner questions, help troubleshoot installation and product issues, and point partners to the right resources.
• Help Update Materials: Work with the training team to keep guides, videos, and course content accurate as products and software are updated, and suggest improvements based on what you see in the field.
• Share Field Feedback: Report common partner questions, installation challenges, and
