Partner Enablement & Activation Program Lead , Applied AI Solutions
About the role
Amazon Web Services (AWS) Applied AI Solutions (AAIS) is on a mission to make AI real for enterprises. We build and deploy production AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes at scale, bringing together AI architects, business development professionals, and GTM specialists to help customers move from AI experimentation to production impact. Today we can only provide dedicated BD/PSA coverage for our priority partners. The rest need a scalable activation model: repeatable launch readiness, structured campaigns, and partner enablement that converts awareness into business outcomes. This role owns the design and execution of partner enablement and activation programs across the full portfolio. You'll build the frameworks, content architectures, and campaign motions that partner-facing teams (BD, PSA, PDS) use to activate and grow partners at scale. You are the connective tissue between service teams, marketing, field activation, and the Partner GTM organization, ensuring every partner engagement represents the full breadth of AAIS.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and maintain the partner launch bill of materials for each AAIS service and for AAIS as a whole (messaging, sales plays, funding, technical docs, enablement resources)
- Develop partner-facing enablement content: sales plays, use case one-pagers, proof points, discovery guides, and vertical deep-dives
- Design and run activation campaigns with measurable outcomes, with the goal of increasing overall partner health and readiness as measured by our Partner Health Score
- Own scaled partner marketing and communications: outreach campaigns, event comms, email series, and partner newsletter content across 3P and AWS-sponsored events
- Build and maintain digital showrooms and self-service content experiences across the portfolio, structured for both human use and AI retrieval
- Operationalize the partner onboarding framework across services: MAP inclusion, PRM readiness, competency pathways, and training materials
- Serve as coordination point for partner activation across AAIS services, reducing fragmentation between enablement, events, and partner programs, and interlock with peer organizations
- 'Partnerize' GTM Acceleration team content - Collaborate with GTM Acceleration team and Marketing to adapt internal field activation content for Partner Central, remove sensitive information, and ensure alignment with field activation messaging
- Enable AWS field teams on partner value - Conduct quarterly enablement sessions featuring partners and Partner BD representatives using GTM Acceleration team frameworks, establish monthly enablement cadence, and organize bi-weekly Partner Enablement sessions for Sales Team
