We develop and deploy AI solutions that drive tangible business impacts at scale, collaborating with AI architects, business development professionals, and GTM specialists to help customers transition from AI experimentation to practical applications.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the partner launch bill of materials for each AAIS service and the portfolio as a whole (including messaging, sales plays, funding, technical documentation, enablement resources)
- Create partner-facing enablement content such as sales plays, use case one-pagers, proof points, discovery guides, and vertical deep dives
- Design and execute activation campaigns with measurable outcomes, aiming to enhance partner health and readiness as measured by the Partner Health Score
- Operationalize partner marketing and communications, including outreach campaigns, event communications, email series, and partner newsletters across third-party and AWS-sponsored events
- Build and maintain digital showrooms and self-service content experiences for the portfolio, structured for both human use and AI retrieval
- Operationalize the partner onboarding framework across services, including MAP inclusion, PRM readiness, competency pathways, and training materials
- Coordinate partner activation across AAIS services, reducing fragmentation between enablement, events, and partner programs, and collaborate with peer organizations
- Collaborate with the GTM Acceleration team and Marketing to adapt internal field activation content for Partner Central, remove sensitive information, and ensure alignment with field activation messaging
- Enable AWS field teams on partner value by conducting quarterly enablement sessions featuring partners and Partner BD representatives, establishing a monthly enablement cadence, and organizing bi-weekly Partner Enablement sessions for the Sales Team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
- 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
- Experience in partner marketing, designing and building demand generation programs and events
