Partner Development Manager, Developer Platform Partnerships, Google Cloud

About the role

The Partnerships Development team at Google is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. You will interact with key industry players and help them integrate Google's newest product offerings into their businesses.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your business acumen and product knowledge to explore and develop new partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
• Drive the entire partner lifecycle, from strategy to recruitment, integrations, launches, and go-to-market motions.
• Manage a diverse set of stakeholders, including product and engineering leadership, sales teams, and legal teams.
• Build innovative solutions and ensure prompt resolution of business challenges.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to partners, helping them leverage Google's GenAI capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in partner management or business development.
• 5 years of experience in public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS markets.
• 5 years of experience in developer tools technologies.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with executive stakeholder management through strategy consulting engagements.
• Experience with technical product management and the ability to grasp complex technical and product concepts.
• Track record of driving demand generation and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
• Ability to grow in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous start-up-like environments.
• Ability to facilitate discussions, structure agreements, interpret legal documents, and work with legal teams to sign and manage agreements.
• Ability to plan and manage at strategic and operational levels, and to launch new products in the marketplace.

Pay

$176,000 - $255,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
