About the role

The Partnerships Development team at Google is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. You will interact with key industry players and help them integrate Google's newest product offerings into their businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your business acumen and product knowledge to explore new opportunities with Google's partners.
  • Develop and manage new line-of-business partnerships, acting as the single point of contact for these partners at Google Cloud.
  • Structure new commercial terms to bring partners' SaaS solutions to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Build an innovation outlook for new partner solutions around Google Cloud GenAI capabilities.
  • Develop the ISV co-sell plan, aligning with the partner and the GCP global field sales organization.
  • Be the single point of contact for your partner portfolio in areas such as Operations, Financial, Sales, Product Enhancement, and ensure prompt and proper resolution of key business challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in partner management or business development.
  • 5 years of experience in public cloud solutions across software-as-a-service (SaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), or infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) markets.
  • 5 years of experience in developer tools technologies.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with executive stakeholder management through strategy consulting engagements.
  • Experience with technical product management and the ability to grasp complex technical and product concepts.
  • Track record of driving the creation of demand generation and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
  • Ability to grow in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous start-up like environments where thoughtfulness, an entrepreneurial mindset, persistent execution, and relationships drive success.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions, structure agreements, interpret legal documents, and work with legal teams to sign and manage agreements.
  • Ability to plan and manage at strategic and operational levels, and to launch new products in the marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred qualifications: Experience with executive stakeholder management through strategy consulting engagements, experience with technical product management, track record of driving demand generation and GTM plans, ability to grow in fast-paced environments, ability to facilitate discussions, structure agreements, interpret legal documents, and work with legal teams, ability to plan and manage at strategic and operational levels, and to launch new products in the marketplace.

Pay

$176,000 - $255,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
