Partner Curator - Part Time

About the Role

The Partner Curator is responsible for the acquisition and management of new and existing SELECT Partner relationships across different industry categories and markets, including dining, nightlife, hospitality groups, travel, retail, entertainment brands, and more. This role involves negotiating benefits offered to SELECT Members by each partner and quarterbacking initiatives such as relationship expansion, creative co-branding efforts, events, and more.

You are passionate about hospitality and may have experience working as a server, bartender, or promoter. You thrive in social settings, effortlessly making connections wherever you go. A foodie, cocktail aficionado, and world traveler, you stay updated on new restaurant and lounge openings and are always seeking ways to enjoy life to the fullest.

Responsibilities

• Build lead lists of new partner venues and brands across industries and markets.
• Acquire strategic partnerships with local and national brands and venues.
• Negotiate exclusive SELECT Member benefits with brands and venues.
• Establish and manage strategic hospitality relationships.
• Expand SELECT Partnerships through strategic management.
• Brainstorm and execute unique strategic initiatives with partners.
• Create new and unique member events.

Requirements

• Sales and partnerships experience: at least 1 year (2-3 years preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.

Skills

• Sales experience through cold calling, email, and walk-ins.
• Proven ability to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Strong networking skills.
• High level of resourcefulness and willingness to learn.
• Interest in startups and entrepreneurship.
• In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry (a plus).
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Schedule

Part-time, commission-based.
