Gallery Host | Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Lively engagement with RH clients upon entry, delivering exceptional service
• Answering guest inquiries about RH Interior Design Services and connecting them with the appropriate associates
• Providing friendly, discreet, and unobtrusive service in areas such as greeting, wayfinding, check-in for RH Interior Design and restaurant waitlist, coat and umbrella check, occasional concierge service, and valet validation
• Aiding with the setup and breakdown of the Gallery host station and monitoring Gallery areas for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with codes
• Assisting with onsite and offsite events as required
• Offering feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership team

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Energetic, accountable, and team-oriented personality
• Reliable, dependable, and responsible nature
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
