We're looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Curator, you'll serve as the face of Fluent and the first point of contact for patients entering our dispensary.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving individual and team sales goals.
- Guide patients through product selection based on physician recommendations and individual needs.
- Educate customers on the safe and effective use of medical cannabis products.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Fluent's products and their benefits.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Record customer interactions and follow up on issues requiring additional research.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to management when appropriate.
- Assist with inventory counts, sales reporting, and daily operational tasks.
- Support deliveries as a Health Educator when needed.
- Collaborate with store leadership to ensure operational excellence and outstanding patient care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of sales experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred experience working in a cannabis dispensary or related healthcare retail environment.

Work Environment
This position is based in a professional retail dispensary setting and requires regular use of computers, tablets, telephones, and standard office equipment.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequently use hands and arms to operate equipment and assist customers.
- Read, review, and communicate product information using computers and tablets.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
Schedule
Full-time position. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.
