Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard clients for FleekmindsIT Staff Augmentation (Developers, Engineers, Dedicated Teams) Custom Web & Mobile App Development projects
  • Leverage existing network and client base to generate new business
  • Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with internal delivery teams
  • Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and close deals
  • Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Work as an independent consultant while aligning with company goals

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT sales, consulting, or business development
  • Strong existing client network in IT services, staff augmentation, or software development space
  • Experience selling services such as: Dedicated developers / teams, Cloud or AI-based solutions (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Understanding of modern tech stacks and development models
  • Able to work independently on a target-driven basis

Preferred Background

  • Exposure to clients in UK, Poland, Finland, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, or MEA regions
  • Experience working with startups, product companies, or recruitment/IT agencies
  • Freelance consultants, ex-agency sales professionals, or independent BD experts are highly encouraged to apply
