Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies that increase distributor engagement, customer adoption, and revenue performance.
- Serve as the primary technical interface between Keysight, distribution partners, and end customers, providing technical expertise and business development support.
- Led distributor enablement initiatives through product training, sales coaching, joint customer engagement, and business planning to strengthen partner capabilities and drive revenue growth.
- Identify, develop, and close business opportunities in collaboration with Keysight sales teams and channel partners.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application-focused consultations to distributors and end users.
- Conduct joint customer visits with distributor sales teams to uncover opportunities, accelerate sales cycles, and support customer success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across distributor organizations and customer accounts.
- Represent Keysight at customer meetings, distributor events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Manage complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through successful business closure while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to support business planning and growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering – (Electrical preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, distributor management and channel sales within the test and measurement industry.
- Strong knowledge of electronic test and measurement equipment, applications, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through distributor and channel partner relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Strong organizational and territory management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Self-motivated professional capable of operating independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience conducting technical product demonstrations and customer facing presentations.
