About the role
Bring “Soccer Island” alive with your enthusiasm and creativity
Conduct soccer sessions for children 18 months to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down
Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots' curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session
Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols
Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
- Pass our Background Check
- Valid Work Visa or Authorization to work in the US
- Coaching or childhood education experience preferred
- Mon through Friday time slots 9am-12pm | 3-6:30pm AND Saturday mornings from 8:45am - 12:00pm (6 blocks minimum)
Hours
Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturdays: 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM
Compensation
$18.00 per hour
