Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to be active outdoors and demonstrate basic movements during sessions
• Ability to pass required background clearances
• Able to commit to the Fall season (mid-August through early November) with minimal scheduling conflicts

What You'll Do

Lead high-energy 30-45 minute soccer sessions for children ages 2-8
Teach character development alongside basic soccer skills using our expert-designed curriculum
Set up and pack up equipment at each location
Encourage every child through positive coaching and age-appropriate instruction
Communicate professionally with preschool staff, parents, and the Soccer Shots Leadership Team
Create a safe, welcoming, and memorable experience for every child
