The Fundamentals of Family is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team at New Horizons Baking Company. We are looking for someone who can contribute to the production of high-quality, ready-to-eat products while maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recipes for new product lines
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and efficiency
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing product lines
• Support the development of new packaging solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food product development or similar role
• Strong understanding of food science principles and food safety practices
• Experience with product development software and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
