Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Cookordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Must be available to work either the 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift or the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift, based on the hotel's scheduling needs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
