Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Cookordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Must be available to work either the 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift or the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift, based on the hotel's scheduling needs.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
