Part-time Weekend Event Marketing Representatives

Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our event marketing sales team. Represent our brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos, trade shows, retail, and big-box stores, promoting our industry-leading category 5 high-impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners across Florida.

About the role

• Base pay: $15 per hour
• Commission: $40 per demo (from lead or appointment)
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.67 per mile
• Both weekday and weekend shifts available

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers at events to promote and sell windows and doors
• Generate leads and set appointments
• Represent the brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
• Sales-minded and/or experience in lead generation or appointment setting
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Must be available to work weekends
• Reliable transportation to event locations
• Bilingual is a plus
