Event Marketing Representatives (Full-Time)

About the Role

Join us for an exciting, high-energy role at the Texas State Fair, the biggest event of the summer! This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling and uncapped earning potential.

State Fair address: 3809 Grand Ave. Dallas, TX 75210

Pay

• Guaranteed hourly base pay of $30–$50 per hour
• Top performers earn $60 per hour
• Uncapped bonus opportunities
• Performance bonuses on top of hourly pay

Schedule

• Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Mid-Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Paid training begins before the State Fair, with orientation on September 23rd and the fair starting September 25th, 2026. Training includes hands-on experience in DFW retail locations and exposure to home shows.

A parking bonus will be paid at the end of the State Fair for those who take the DART train to 90% of their shifts (minimum 13 shifts required).

Responsibilities

• Engage with hundreds of customers daily in retail and fair environments
• Represent Statewide Remodeling professionally at event booths and retail locations
• Initiate conversations and create positive customer experiences
• Schedule free in-home consultations for interested customers
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team
• Work with a supportive, high-performing team
• Maintain a clean and professional booth environment

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude and high energy
• Comfortable approaching and engaging the public
• Ability to handle rejection professionally
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to stand, walk, and engage customers for extended periods
• Reliable transportation required (role may involve travel to multiple locations in a day)
