Event Marketing Representatives (Part-Time)

About the Role

Join us for an exciting, high-energy part-time role at the Texas State Fair, where you can earn great money and work at the biggest event of the summer.

Event location: 3809 Grand Ave, Dallas, TX 75210

Pay

Guaranteed hourly base pay of $30–$50 per hour plus performance bonuses. Top performers earn $60 per hour with uncapped bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Flexible Fair scheduling with multiple shift options:

• Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Mid-Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Paid training begins prior to the State Fair, with orientation on September 23rd on the fairgrounds. The State Fair starts September 25th, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Engage with hundreds of customers daily in retail and State Fair environments
• Represent Statewide Remodeling professionally at event booths and retail locations
• Initiate conversations and create positive customer experiences
• Schedule free in-home consultations for interested customers
• Generate qualified leads for our sales team
• Work with a supportive, high-performing team
• Maintain a clean and professional booth environment and workstation

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude and high energy
• Comfortable approaching and engaging the public
• Ability to handle rejection professionally
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to stand, walk, and engage customers throughout shifts
• Reliable transportation required; role may involve travel to multiple locations in the same day

There will be a parking bonus paid at the end of the State Fair for those who take the DART train to 90% of their shifts (minimum 13 shifts to qualify).

• Brand Ambassador roles
• Lead Generation / Appointment Setting
• Retail, Sales, Promotions, or Merchandising
• Customer Service, Hospitality, or Call Center
• Event Staffing or Team Lead roles
