Part-Time Weekend Assembler

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and follow assembly instructions.
• Assemble parts using hand tools and fixtures.
• Perform intermediate tasks such as potting, sanding, or color coding.
• Inspect parts with basic testing methods.
• Install finished assemblies into enclosures.
• Uphold quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Report hazards and assist with regulatory compliance and quality standards (e.g., AS9100).
• Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-3 months of experience or training.
• Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical documents and work instructions.
• Proficient in using hand tools and small parts handling.
• Effective communication, time management, and focus during repetitive tasks.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work with PPE in a loud environment.
