About the role
As a Production Assembler, you’ll perform a variety of tasks in a safety-first environment. An experienced training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. This is a physical role where you’ll move throughout the day using equipment to manufacture premium windows and doors, ensuring each product meets quality standards. Our air-conditioned facilities support your wellness, and you’ll be eligible for cross-training to build a career in areas that interest you.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw
- Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines
- Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday
Requirements
- Lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs.
- Grip 65 lbs.
- Bend, twist, stoop, and climb
- Stand and walk on concrete

Pay
Starting at $21.50/hr, based on experience, plus a $3 shift differential.
Schedule
Friday - Sunday (Weekend shift): 6:00 am to 6:00 pm
