Part Time Valet Attendant - Evenings

About the role

Provides valet services to hotel guests and ensures their satisfaction and comfort by promptly and courteously responding to their requests.

Assists Doorman in meeting and greeting all guest arrivals and departures.

Assists guests with retrieving their luggage from vehicles.

Points out vehicle damage on key tags in the appropriate space provided.

Escorts guests and luggage into the lobby for registration.

Explains valet parking procedures and fees.

Provides general directions and information.

Responds to guest questions, issues, and problems regarding transportation, hotel services, and local events, points of interest, and activities.

Extends professionalism and courtesy to guests, associates, and vendors at all times.

Professionally greets guests within 5 feet of their area when in public areas of the hotel.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• None required.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of basic customer service skills.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Knowledge of local establishments, businesses, and the surrounding community.
• Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles.
• Valid driver's license.
• Driving record meeting the needs of our insurance carrier.
