About the role
We are looking for a customer-focused, disciplined, and ethical Universal Banker to join our team at Starion Bank. As a growing community bank, we pride ourselves on local leadership, personalized service, and deep community loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Open personal and business deposit accounts
- Cross-sell bank products and services
- Process regular teller transactions in an efficient, friendly, and accurate manner
- Develop long-term relationships with consumer and business customers as well as maintain existing customer relationships
Qualifications
- Prefer two to three years of experience in customer service, sales, and cash handling
- Leadership abilities and self-motivation required
