About the role
We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to operate CT scanners, produce diagnostic images, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Operating CT equipment and adjusting technical parameters for accurate imaging
- Preparing and positioning patients, explaining procedures, and maintaining safety protocols
- Collaborating with radiologists and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality images
- Performing routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Documenting patient information and procedural details accurately
- Adhering to radiation safety standards and hospital policies
- Adapting to various CT equipment and protocols as needed
Qualifications and skills
- One year of recent CT technologist experience
- Valid Radiology license and current BLS certification
- Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures
- Proficiency in reading instructions, PC skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and with diverse teams
