Part-Time Travel CT Technologist

Role & Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images of patients' bodies
• Prepare and position patients, explain procedures, and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Adjust technical parameters for accurate imaging and collaborate with radiologists
• Maintain equipment, document procedures, and adhere to safety standards to minimize radiation exposure
• Work effectively with healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum one year of recent CT Technologist experience
• Valid Radiology license per state regulations
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC); ARRT certification preferred
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and technical skills
• Physical ability to move and position equipment and patients
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
