Responsibilities
- Mow and trim grass on greens, fairways, tees, and roughs using appropriate equipment
- Rake and maintain sand bunkers to ensure consistent playability
- Change hole locations and move tee markers as directed
- Perform hand-watering and operate irrigation systems to maintain turf health
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as needed, following safety protocols
- Assist with sodding, seeding, and turf repair projects
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery safely
- Ensure cleanliness of the course by removing debris and emptying trash receptacles
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or repair
- Collaborate with team members to complete special projects and seasonal tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) is generally preferred
- Additional training or certifications in landscaping, turf management, or related fields can be beneficial
- Understanding of lawn care practices, including the maintenance of greens, tees, and fairways
- Experience in evaluating emergency crisis situations
- Ability to operate and maintain a variety of power and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment, such as mowers, tractors, and hand tools

Pay
Compensation range starts at $16 per hour.
