Job Responsibilities
- Monitor, review, and update graduate program requirements to ensure accurate content, consistent formatting, and publication across institutional platforms and websites.
- Aid in maintaining the Graduate School catalog by validating curriculum data and identifying discrepancies or needed updates.
- Help develop and maintain a tracking method to ensure curriculum changes are properly approved, documented, and implemented.
- Collaborate with graduate departments, the curriculum team, and other Registrar functional teams to resolve curriculum related issues and discrepancies.
- Aid in the development of documentation, summaries, and reports to share curriculum review findings with university stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to curriculum processes, data quality, and operational workflows.
- Verify that curriculum changes have completed the appropriate graduate and/or undergraduate approval processes prior to codification in student information systems.
- Conduct research on best practices for curriculum development, documentation, display, and systematization.
- Isolate and perform outreach regarding potential compliance concerns that result from curricular approach or documentation discrepancies.
- Aid with data and transcript analysis, including degree audit testing, review, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks on degree audit records migrated to the new degree audit system, verifying program requirements, course completion, as well as manual entry of exceptions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year directly related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze and make decisions related to program content.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills required to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
- Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.
