Description
- Process banking transactions for customers
- Properly document identification for customer transactions
- Be aware of customer flow; watch for loitering or suspicious activity
- Responsible for managing cash drawer; maintain proper cash levels, secure cash and bait money
- Balance cash drawer daily
- Keep work area free of clutter
Miscellaneous Duties
- Answer telephones
- Assist clients with e-banking questions and needs
- Roll loose coin
- Filing signature cards
- Online banking
Other Duties As Assigned
To provide great customer service to our customers, handle money and other transactions
Requirements
- Personal & Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Detail Oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Some College classes in Business Field preferred
Physical Qualifications
- Be able to lift &/or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
