Part Time - Teller

Role: Customer Service Representative in a retail banking environment, providing accurate and timely financial transaction processing. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact, recommending bank products or referring clients to appropriate departments.Develop and maintain profitable client relationships to maximize revenue.Handle daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.Process miscellaneous transactions such as bonds, money orders, and municipal coupons.Assist with ATM balancing, depository verification, and vault control.Ensure operational efficiency, compliance with policies, and security procedures.Deliver excellent client experiences, resolve issues promptly, and promote bank products.Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients accordingly.Adhere to risk management, internal controls, and ethical standards.Perform additional job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED; 6 months of cash handling or teller experience preferred.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic office equipment. Skills: Customer service, cash handling, operational compliance, sales, and product knowledge. Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
