Part Time Teller

About the role
Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions, educates customers on financial alternatives, and identifies banking opportunities during interactions to make appropriate referrals. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems while adhering to policies and procedures. Ensures efficient and accurate teller and branch daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Process customer interactions and educate them on financial alternatives.
- Identify banking opportunities through meaningful conversations and make referrals to branch staff.
- Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and promote PNC products.
- Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Complete teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. While a university/college degree is not required, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
