Part Time - Teller

About the role

Responsible for delivering high-quality, accurate customer service by processing daily financial transactions in a retail banking setting. Acts as the first point of contact, recommending bank products or referring clients to appropriate departments. Develops long-term client relationships to maximize revenue and maintains high service and procedural standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash drawer, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions.
• Assist with ATM balancing, verification of deposits, and vault control, ensuring compliance with operational policies.
• Provide excellent client experiences, resolve issues promptly, and enhance client knowledge through ongoing training.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities, promote bank products, and refer clients to relevant services.
• Ensure adherence to bank regulations, policies, risk management, and internal controls.
• Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6 months of cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with 10-key calculators and coin counters.
