- Processes teller transactions for lobby and drive-thru teller areas, including verifying deposits, examining endorsements, and verifying signatures
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers, interpreting their needs and recommending appropriate bank products or services
- Works proactively and collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive team environment
- Uses strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs promptly
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding of the bank's products and services
- Complies with all regulatory requirements
