Part Time Teller- 919 E Lake St Minneapolis (20 hrs)

About the role

Tellers are the faces of U.S. Bank to many of our customers and non-customers alike. They handle routine financial transactions, provide customer service, and inform customers about other products and services that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, loan payments, merchant transactions, etc.)
• Provide a warm welcome to customers
• Inform customers of other products and services that meet their needs
• Work flexible schedules that may include weekends (depending on branch location)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in cash handling and customer service
• May be required to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal/customer service skills
• Proficient computer navigation skills
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers

Skills

• Bilingual Somali & English language skills (a plus)
