Part-Time Telephone Operator (Required telephone experience) - Brooklyn

Position Summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Part-Time Telephone Operator - Brooklyn. In this role, the successful candidate Provide service for telephone communications, and code/trauma conditions.

Job Responsibilities

• Operates communications system
• Telephone Switchboard
• Contact all hospital personnel in emergency situations
• Maintain code book
• Maintain telephone database
• Interact appropriately with different levels of management
• Pages trauma groups
• Ancounce over head emergency calls
• Follows fire alarm emergency procedures
• Answer emergency elevator calls
• Follows specific procedures for Code Trauma Condition

Minimum Qualifications

• A High School Diploma required
• Two years of Telephone experience in Healthcare, a Hotel or a large institutional environment
• Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Required
