Part-Time Support Staff - Women's Recovery Program

Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Provide support, supervision, and positive role modeling to residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administration according to program policiesMaintain accurate, confidential documentation and recordsPrepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry dutiesSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments, meetings, and community resourcesCollect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as requiredAttend staff meetings and complete required training Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently while maintaining professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record Additional Notes: DHS 83 training preferred or completed after hireLocal travel may be required (approximately 25–50%) Equal Opportunity Employer
