Role: Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) Location: Oconomowoc, WI Pay: $17.75/hour Responsibilities Provide support, supervision and positive role modeling for residentsAssist with medication monitoring and administrationComplete documentation and maintain confidential recordsPerform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prepSupport residents with daily living skills and treatment goalsRespond to emergencies and crisis situationsTransport residents to appointments and community resourcesCollect urine samples and breathalyzer testsAttend staff meetings and training Qualifications High school diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and maintain professional boundariesCompassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation and acceptable driving record Additional Info Training in DHS 83 preferred (or to be completed after hire)Local travel may be required (25–50%) Note: This role focuses on supporting residents' recovery, maintaining a safe environment, and assisting with daily routines and treatment adherence.
