Part-Time Supervisor, Beyond Yoga- Park Meadows, Denver, CO

About the role

Operational excellence in execution of daily store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control.

Supports the Store Manager in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and financial plan with a primary focus on employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment.

Assesses and strategizes to drive performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour and other measurable KPI’s).

Aids in the interviewing, hiring, training and retention of store team.

Supports the onboarding process for new hires, educating on Beyond Yoga core values, product knowledge, selling culture, and other employee responsibilities.

Executes flawless store visual presentation by following corporate visual direction and recommends merchandising adaptations where needed.

Ensures sound product inventory management through accurate receiving and sending processes, aids in the completion of all required business directives (ex. price changes/retickets, RTVs, markdowns, transfers); Prevents losses by educating associates on customer service and ensuring company policies are being followed.

Coaches and develops staff to increase their knowledge and skill sets, providing opportunities for continued development and growth within the organization.

Holds associates accountable for following Beyond Yoga and LS&Co policies and procedures.

Builds relationships and fosters a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.

Collaborates with store team and Home Office partners on building connections with the local community by way of events, drive brand awareness and engagement.

Embraces the company’s core values as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications

• Enjoy being busy and juggling multiple tasks, accomplishing multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Collaborative role model exhibiting behaviors aligned with company culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, enjoys learning new tools and adaptable to new initiatives.
• Progressive retail leadership experience and proven skills in supervising, coaching and training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions and able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $17.05 to $28.45 per hour. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role.
