Part-Time Studio Manager
About the role
We're seeking an enthusiastic, people-loving Part-Time Studio Manager to help lead our growing studio. Get paid to have fun hanging out with kids, 18 months to 12 years of age, as you help us run and promote our art studio for kids.
Responsibilities
Studio Managers play a leadership role when the Studio Owner is not present. Studio Managers act as liaisons between staff and customers, providing high-quality customer service. Oversee day-to-day operations, including quality control and facility operations, and train, mentor, and advise studio employees to ensure optimal operations.
In addition, the Studio Manager does, on occasion, oversee classes and parties for kids ages 18 months-12 years while focusing on art education and providing a safe, fun, and educational experience.
Studio Managers oversee a staff of part-time employees and play an important role in hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplining staff members.

Requirements
- Available part-time with the flexibility to become full-time in 2027
- Enthusiastic, reliable, creative, and enjoy making a mess
- Love working with kids
- Truly get a kick out of making a mess & believe kids should be messy too!
- Reliable transportation is a must
