Studio Manager (Part-Time)
About the role
Kidcreate Studio is seeking a Full-Time Studio Manager to help run and promote our art studio for kids. As a Studio Manager, you will play a leadership role when the Studio Owner is not present, acting as a liaison between staff and customers, and providing high-quality customer service.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, creative, and enjoys making a mess. You should love working with kids and be excited about checking things off your lists. You will need to be available part-time with the flexibility to become full-time in 2027.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including quality control and facility operations
- Train, mentor, and advise studio employees to ensure optimal operations
- Oversee classes and parties for kids ages 18 months-12 years, focusing on art education and providing a safe, fun, and educational experience
- Oversee a staff of part-time employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplining staff members
- Maintain supply inventory and handle invoicing
- Foster teamwork and provide high-quality customer service
