We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: Overview & Benefits? The posting includes Overview & Benefits at top, then General Summary with pay range, then Minimum Qualifications, Additional Desirable Qualifications, Special Requirements, Essential Job Functions, Additional Duties & Responsibilities, Essential Mental & Physical Requirements, Working Conditions, Important Note, Additional Minimum Qualifications Union*, EEO Statement, Inclusion Statement. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to remove EEO Statement and Inclusion Statement? Those are legal/EEO boilerplate, so remove them. Also remove "Important NOTE: The primary purpose of this job description is to set a fair and equitable salary range..." maybe that's boilerplate? It's a note about job description purpose; could be considered boilerplate but it's part of posting. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The note about purpose is not exactly legal boilerplate; it's a note about job description. Might keep? But it's somewhat generic. However we should preserve substantive information. The note says "Generally, only those key duties necessary for proper job evaluation and/or labor market analysis have been included. Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned by the supervisor." That's somewhat generic but still part of job description. Might keep. We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map sections accordingly. The posting has Overview & Benefits (maybe combine). We have General Summary with pay range. Could treat as Pay section. Also we have Schedule info: Students usually work 20 hours a week, 4 hours per day, etc. So we can make Schedule section. We have Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications, Additional Desirable Qualifications, Special Requirements. Could combine into Requirements or Qualifications. We have Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions, Additional Duties & Responsibilities. We have Skills: maybe from Additional Desirable Qualifications (ability to follow instructions, use PC, etc.) Could be Skills section. We have Benefits: Overview & Benefits mentions competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, opportunity to do meaningful work. Also link to benefits page. We can create Benefits section with that prose. We must not repeat job title as heading (not given). No Job ID. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay is stated: $17.55 - $20.65. Schedule is stated: 20 hours a week, 4 hours per day, etc. Benefits is stated: competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, opportunity to do meaningful work, plus link. Thus we will include sections: Overview (maybe not needed), Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Overview & Benefits into Benefits section. Use

with prose about 20 hours/week, 4 hours/day, etc. Responsibilities: combine Essential Job Functions and Additional Duties & Responsibilities into a list. Requirements: combine Minimum Qualifications and Additional Desirable Qualifications and Special Requirements into a list? But we need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make a list for Requirements. Skills: maybe separate list for skills like ability to follow instructions, use PC, etc. Could also be part of Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep details like age requirement, enrollment proof, etc. Let's extract substantive info: Overview & Benefits paragraph: "Oakland County is more than just a workplace. It is a place where you can make a real difference. As one of Michigan’s leading public service organizations, we are committed to strengthening communities, delivering essential services, and improving the quality of life for nearly 1.3 million residents. When you join our team, you become part of a mission-driven workforce guided by integrity, innovation, and a passion for public service. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to do meaningful work that matters. Apply today and help shape the future of Oakland County, where we are All Ways Moving Forward. For more information about Oakland County benefits and employee perks, please visit: https://www.oakgov.com/government/human-resources/benefits/new-hire" We should remove application instructions? The line "Apply today and help shape the future..." is application instruction? It's a call to apply. Might be considered application instruction; we should remove application instructions. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should remove "Apply today and help shape the future of Oakland County, where we are All Ways Moving Forward." Also maybe the link to benefits is okay as it's not application instruction but info. However the link is under "For more information about Oakland County benefits and employee perks, please visit:" That's not application instruction; it's info. Keep. Thus Benefits section prose: Oakland County is more than just a workplace... (excluding the apply sentence). Keep the rest. Now General Summary: "$17.55 - $20.65 This is a training level class involving high school juniors and seniors working on completion of a diploma, college or university students working on completion of a degree, or students enrolled in a technical business institute, vocational school or adult/community education program working on completion of a diploma or certificate who are available to work on a part-time basis. Employees in this class are placed in various County departments and perform beginning level unskilled or semi-skilled duties, typically clerical in nature, but may vary depending on the department assigned. Students are budgeted to work 20 hours a week except in special circumstances when school is not in session. This applies to college, as well as high school students. Students usually work four (4) hours per day, either mornings or afternoons, during the normal school year and may be retained to work full-time during the summer months. Utilizes current Countywide and/or department specific software to complete assignments." We need to separate Pay and Schedule. Pay: "$17.55 - $20.65". Schedule: rest about hours. We could keep the descriptive sentences about training level class etc. maybe under Overview? But we already have Overview & Benefits. Could incorporate that description into Overview? But we must not repeat job title. The description about training level class is substantive; we could put it under a section like "About the role" but we are only to use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could use "About the role" heading for that description. However the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect us to use those headings where appropriate. So we can use About the role for the general summary description (training level class, duties, etc.). Then Benefits separate, Pay separate, Schedule separate, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills. Thus:

    About the role

This is a training level class involving high school juniors and seniors working on completion of a diploma, college or university students working on completion of a degree, or students enrolled in a technical business institute, vocational school or adult/community education program working on completion of a diploma or certificate who are available to work on a part-time basis.
